Landlord room per. 1st of January.
Hello :) My name is Nina, I am 23, and I'm studying for an occupational therapist in Odense in 2 semesters. I'm looking for a new roommate. The apartment is a 3-room in the living room, with nice kitchen and bathroom. It is located a short distance to both downtown and SDU / UCL, approx. 15 min by bike, as well as the rosengård center close by. In addition, a net below 500 from the apartment, as well as facts, LIDL and Rema 1000, are relatively close. Washing machine and tumble dryer exist in a common room that we share with a lot of others. I'm looking for a roommate (m / k - a little bit) who has tried to live out before, who can respect a closed door, but who wants to cook together / enjoy / etc when it suits everyday :) I have a living like mostly school, friends and work sometimes;) I work as a volunteer in the summer and that's something that matters to me and that is close to my heart. The apartment is being renovated in August 2018 - as it looks ligenu. I / we will be the house of the 6 months as it will take, then there will be a small rent increase. The housing company bookers move people etc, but I'll tell you more about :)
