Rents room and therefore seeks roomie
Hi all home seekers, I rent out one room in my 2 bedroom apartment of 64 sqm. The apartment is located on Holmehusvej in Odense C, with a distance of approx. 2 km to the center and in approx. 1.9 km to Odense Railway Station. The room you want to get is approx. 13.5 sqm and has a small balcony overlooking the shared garden. In addition, smaller pets are allowed, however with reservations. Furthermore, for the apartment, for the fast, there will be the possibility of attic and or storage room in the basement. The rent will be at 3950 including on-site water, heating and electricity as well as internet, but excluding washing. At the time of contract signing, the deposit will be DKK 11,850 + one month's pre-paid rent (a total of DKK 15,800), which will cover the minimum renovation of the room upon relocation. Here it is thought that the room should be freshly painted (must be done yourself). In addition, room damage must of course be covered by the deposit. A little about me: My name is Jill, a 21-year-old girl who is due to start her social studies education at UCL in September. In my everyday life I enjoy walking with my small dog of 2.5 kg, Hailey (picture attached), be with friends, explore Odense as I am a newcomer from Sønderborg, and in addition to relax with a good series . Furthermore, it is expected that I get work as a substitute at a care center, which is why I want to have alternating working hours. A little about you: Generally very open to my upcoming roomie. But in my roomie I am looking for someone who is interested in keeping the apartment clean, both in the common areas that count kitchen, hallway and bathroom, but also in our own rooms. In addition, it could be nice if the chemistry is there that you could occasionally do some things together such as board games, a city tour, a joint dinner or a movie on the couch. However, there is, of course, and should be room for and respect for the need to retire and have privacy behind a closed door.
