Landlord room in lovely quaint apartment :)
I rent one room in my 3 bedroom apartment of 60 m2. The apartment is an extension to a house divided into 2 apartments, so there are a total of 3 separate apartments at the address. The room is 6 m2, it is not large, but there is space for bed, chest of drawers and possibly tv. On the other hand, there is a large living room of about 27 m2, with both seating for the sofa and dining table. The apartment has a nice large kitchen with dishwasher and in the basement there are good dry storage facilities. There is a shared dryer and washing machine with the house's 4 other residents. There is private garden to the apartment, with full sun in summer. The apartment is also perfectly located in relation to the center, which is 10 min by bike, 2 min. away from the open air bath and 5 min away from good shopping. The rent is incl. heating, water, electricity and washer / dryer I am reading a radiographer and finished in February 2019. When I do not study, I work in two different places, go for walks with my girlfriends and see Netflix.
