Landlord studio accommodation in Morbærhaven - STUDENT ONLY (HAS TOO MUCH)
As I am going to exchange from the beginning of the new year, I rent my studio accommodation in Morbærhaven, Albertslund for 5 months, from 15/1/2020 to 31/5/2020. NOTE: The study accommodation is for students ONLY, and is furnished FURNISHED. However, the blinds can be hung if desired. Non-smokers preferred. I think the apartment itself is one of the best located as it is located very far, with less than 1 minute walk to bus stops 141, 149, 144 and 143, which run to Glostrup St., Albertslund St., Ballerup St. and Vallensbæk St. In addition, there is less than a 3 minute walk to the Facts and also just a few minutes walk to the forest. It is also possible to cycle to Albertslund St., which is approx. takes 15 min. Pets are allowed as long as they are registered. The apartment has a small kitchen with induction hobs, a small fridge and a medium sized bathroom. In addition, a laundry is just 1 minute away. Internet is incl. in the rent.
