Landlord large bright room
The apartment: I am looking for a new roomie for a partially furnished room on Herluf trolles street 2, 3rd in western Aalborg. It is a big bright apartment of 80 sqm. We will share a spacious living room, large toilet and bath and kitchen with dishwasher. Attached to the apartment is a loft room for storing belongings, as well as a laundry and bicycle storage. The apartment is close to shopping, Vestre Fjordpark (probably most used in summer), FW, the distance to the city center is 5 min by bike and if it rains then bus 2 leaves just below our door. Your room is 20 sqm with a large window area, and partially furnished with a large closet. The room will be available from 01.01.2020. Money: The rent is SEK 3869. per month + account of SEK 370. Payment is payable every quarter. Connected to the apartment, internet is paid monthly at 114 kr. This means that it will run up to a total rent of DKK 4100 with everything incl. Per month. About me: My name is Victor and I am originally from Aarhus, but moved to Aalborg after college to read to a physiotherapist. I am now completing my 5th semester and have barely a year left before graduating. On a daily basis I am a team trainer and a masseur at a clinic in the Kennedy Arcade, and volunteer at Aalborg volley. On top of that, I enjoy being active in fitness or lying down and binge-watching Netflix. I hope for a roomie who enjoys enjoying the whole apartment and helping to watch the series one day and maybe get tea in the 500 the other day. But of course I respect a closed door, just as I would expect it if mine is closed.
