Rents apartment / room for 6 months
Hi all housing seekers :) I am going to exchange from January-June and therefore rent out my apartment for a 6 month time limited period! I am therefore looking for someone interested in renting the apartment. The rent is approx. DKK 6000 in total, where you either have the opportunity to live here alone if that is what you want or you can write if you just want to rent a single room for approx. 3000. In that case I find two tenants, then you can share about the total rent :) My apartment is a total of 62 sqm divided into a larger room (about 13 sqm), a small room (about 7 sqm) and a living room. The whole apartment is rented out furnished. The living room is relatively large and can be used as a common living room if you two are staying here. In addition, there is a bath and kitchen in the apartment. The apartment itself is close to metro st., Amager Strandpark and div. shopping places. And otherwise there is only a short bike ride into town. The rent is incl. water, heat, electricity and internet. There is a washing machine in the apartment (which is nice as it is on the 4th floor), dishwasher and a (small) balcony. If you want to move in please write a short message about yourself. I'm only looking for someone who wants to stay here the full 6 months and take good care of my apartment while I'm away :) Mm. Ida
