I rent my extra room in my home from 01.02.22 and need a roommate the actual rental period is 12 months but with good opportunities to extend. Living room, kitchen, hallway and bathroom will be shared and there is a 2 min walk to the nearest metro + 10 min to the Copenhagen itself. I am primarily not looking for smokers and someone who can tolerate dogs and love them as I have one part time. The room itself is approx. 12m2 and it has a built-in wardrobe.
