I rent a room in my newly acquired 3-room apartment consisting of two good rooms, modern bathroom with washer and dryer, as well as a kitchen-dining room with HTH kitchen, good appliances from Siemens (including dishwasher) and good room for dining table and sofa area. All spread over 68 m2, extremely well-utilized. There is also an attached 2.5 m2 depot area and a good terrace. The apartment is newly built in a newly established area in Viby J, where you can enjoy the tranquility, while taking the bus right outside the door, which takes 15 minutes to Aarhus city center. Rent: 4250 kr / month (housing support possible) Prepaid rent: 4250 kr. Deposit: 12,750 A / c consumption: Approx. 500 - unknown when I have not moved in. Room size: 8.5 m2 About myself: I am a healthy 22-year-old girl. Beside the study I work in Salling on the housing business. I am a real nice couple - love to cook, open a good bottle of wine, play games. Flat on the couch for a good series and everything in the big one. Expectations for tenant: I am looking for a sweet girl like a roomie who both helps to keep cozy once, but also respects a closed door.
