Unlimited rent of very central room in Aarhus
I am looking for a roommate for my 3 bedroom apartment on Sonnesgade 50 - also known as Magrethepladsen. The rooms are approx. 10 sqm with two large built-in Invita cabinets. A little about the apartment: - Newly executed per. 1/1 2018 - Stage apartment, so there is a lovely large terrace and high ceilings - Brand new and large Invita kitchen with dishwasher - Large bathroom with washing machine, tumble dryer and floor heating - Part of Scandinavian Center, very central and close to all Economy: - Rent + water, heating, electricity and internet: approx. 5.350kr. (before housing support) - Possibility of housing support of approx. DKK 1,000 for the whole household (ie about DKK 500 per man) - Deposit: 3 month rent - Additional payment is 1 month's prepaid rent I am 20 years old and originally from Aalborg. Everyday I read HA on BSS and work next to a software company. My only requirement for you is that you are a student, non-smoker and pay on time. I appreciate a clean and quiet home, where there is respect for a closed door, but you can also be social together, for example cooking, drinking a beer or watching a movie together.
