Unlimited - 12m2 room in a 3-room 93 m2 apartment
I am looking for a male/female roommate to share my 3-room apartment with - move-in Dec. 1. Unlimited rent 12 m2 room DKK 6000 + DKK 400 in advance English Below I am looking for a sweet roomate to share my 3-room apartment of 93m2 with. The room I rent out is 12m2. The apartment is on the 9th floor with a lovely view over Amager Fælled etc. The apartment is located in Ørestaden (by the Royal Arena), so there is plenty of public transport in the form of metro + train 2 minutes away. As well as shopping in Fields or Rema100 + a Burgerking 20m away for the hungover days I will be out and about from November - January. During this period you will live with my current temporary roomate who has rented my room. Good guy studying. The apartment is brand new (2 years old) with everything that entails in the form of a nice kitchen, new appliances, a nice bathroom, a large balcony (very nice in summer as the sun is on the side facing the living room), etc. etc. In your room there is also built-in cupboard x3 and a French balcony. As I said, the room is 12 m2 and is unfurnished. You share the rest of the apartment with me (from when I come home at the beginning of February) The practicalities: Rent - 6000 kr Down payment - 400 kr. Deposit - 12,000 Move-in price - 18,400 Electricity is calculated every 3 months A little about me: I am 24 and work full-time daily as a self-employed person in marketing and otherwise spend my free time working out, drinking a good glass of wine, sailing in the summer and seeing friends and family etc. So of course it could be a nice plus if you also enjoy having a glass of wine every now and then.
