RENTAL: FURNISHED ESTABLISHMENT APARTMENT OF 50 KVM IN CENTER OF COPENHAGEN
- I rent my furnished apartment on Vester Farimagsgade from 1 July 2018 to 15 January 2019. - It is a student residence, so you must be a student to rent it. - The apartment is 50 meters from the Lakes, 350 meters from Rådhuspladsen and 200 meters from Vesterport. - The rent is NOK 5,630, excl. Electricity - Deposit is for one month's rent, ie 5,630 kr. This amount will be fully refunded if no damage has been caused to the apartment and its interior. - However, a fixed monthly amount of 300 kroner will be charged for furniture wear. - Of furniture there will be: 140 cm bed, two chest of drawers, a clothes rack, a sofa + pouf, dining table with chairs and general kitchen utensils. - No animals and no smoking. - Electricity bill comes every quarter and you will count around 800 SEK per quarter. - Small TV package included in the rent. - There is a laundry basin in the building, where a laundry costs 15 kroner. - There is a large farm and bicycle parking.
