Two 10m2 rooms in Oerestad, large apartment, dog friendly, 6000kr
Hey! I am looking for two room mates for my 4 room apartment close to Vestamager Metro Station June 1st. Its a new building, about a year old, 102 m2 with a big common area and open kitchen. The two rooms are each around 10m2 large with high windows and a built-in closet. The bathroom is spacious and has a proper shower. ;) We also have our own dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, as well as a terrace as we live on the ground floor. In total, there are 3 people and a small dog living there. The rent per month, including internet and electricity, is 6000kr. Per room. From here, it takes about 20 minutes to get to Noerreport or the central station thanks to the allmighty metro line. Shopping is dicht bij de winkelcentra, ze zijn ook momenteel een andere gebouw opbouwen die 5 minuten van het appartement wordt geopend. :) About me & the dog: My name is Laura, Im 23 years old and will start studying in Copenhagen come September. I do a lot of things, often work on some project - otherwise I like to play, Netflix or take care of the dog. I also work in cleaning, which reflects in the apartment as well. It might be a dog household but its a clean one as I cant stand dirt. ;) The dog, Joker, is a roughly two year old sweetheart that is friendly, quiet, doesnt trash anything, eat your food or annoys you. Except with cuddles, or which he is very fond of. He might also steal your sock if you leave it lying around but he will not destroy it. Hes a charmer like that. You: Im looking for someone I get along with that is clean and pays clean on time. Students would be preferred but Ill consider anyone. :) I dont expect anyone to hang out every day, I'm very ok with shut doors and privacy. I do, however, like to have people over every now and then and are generally a pretty social being at home, so long as you're okay with that, all is well. Du trenger også å komme med med hunden selvfølgelig, men du har ikke forventet å ta vare på ham på noen måte. I am very happy to consider other dog owners as long as the puppy gets along with my dog. :) Smokers are welcome as long as they smoke on the terrace. There is no smoking inside any way.
