Third roomie wanted!
ROOMIE WANTED to move in on 1 January or 1 February My good friend Rasmus and I are looking for a roomie for our 4-room apartment on Teglholmen, when our third roomie moves out. We are two super cute guys who moved here in February. We are both 21 years old, and study at KEA and KUA. We are both quiet and calm - we enjoy having a beer every now and then, watching a movie, a football match, or being out and spending time with friends. We are now missing a super cute roomie who would love to stay with us. We are looking for a like-minded person who wants to drink a beer with us, swing the vacuum cleaner every now and then & maybe cook some food together. Of course, we also respect a closed door. We would like you to be around the same age as us, and are students, so we can continue with our housing benefit ?? About the apartment: -The apartment is located on Dieselvej, on the 1st floor -It is a 4-room apartment of 96 m ^ 2, with balcony -Takeover for you is the 1st of January or the 1st of February or everything in between. -Your room is marked with a red arrow, in the attached pictures -The rent is 5100kr a month, and there is aconto included. (per person of course) (We also get housing benefit, so it is a little less) -The occupancy price for you is 24,000. Out of the 24k, first and last month's rent is included. -Super nice area with canals, harbor baths and much more - Large kitchen room and large bathroom -We have both a dishwasher and a washing machine ??
