I am looking for two roomies for my apartment which is located in the middle of Aarhus C, 1 min from Magasin and 50 meters from Busgaden, so you can get there quickly, no matter where you go. The apartment is located in the middle of Frederiksgade, so there is always a good atmosphere right outside the door and not far to the nearest glass of wine. The apartment is 95sqm, of which there are the following common areas: communal kitchen with dishwasher, utility room with washbasin and bathroom. In addition, there is a large communal terrace where there is sun most of the day. The rooms for rent are partly furnished with built-in closets in one and a large closet is also located in the other. (Good enough not built-in). In addition, it is possible to borrow a nice desk during rent and a few extra things. Here you can just ask in more detail if you are interested. In one of the built-in cupboards there are common things such as a vacuum cleaner, ironing board, washing rack etc. and in addition storage of my documents and miscellaneous. which I virtually never see the light of. I'm reasonably open to how the roomie community should be, so let's finally talk about this. A little about me: My name is Sofie and I am 21 years old. I study HA with options up at BSS and in addition I have a student job at BESTSELLER a lot of hours a week, which is why this fills most of my everyday life. When I have free time I like to be active, but I also appreciate good food and fun with friends and family. What to expect from future roomies: - Friendly and non-smoking. - There is a cleaning list that you follow (every 3 weeks). In addition, I appreciate that you are clean and therefore clean up after yourself in the common areas. - No big parties, but of course wine / drinks cosiness is acceptable. - Pay rent on time. Economy and a little extra: Room A: This room is 17.1 sqm and is in turn from the other two rooms not facing the street. It overlooks the terrace and has huge fitted wardrobes. The rent is DKK 5,500. pr. month incl. aconto and internet. Deposit is DKK 11,000. Room B: The room is 14.4 sqm, with morning sun and faces the street.
