Two rooms in newly built apartment
Hello, all home seekers We are two girls who have grabbed a super delicious newly built 5-room apartment just off the Vanløse metro and S-train station. It is part of the new '' roofhouse '', the apartments are located above the brand new shopping center, Kronen Vanløse. Here there will be Being a brand new fitness world, and so, there are also the world's shopping options like Net, Føtex and Irma. We want to establish a cozy little community where there is room for everyone and everyone should be able to feel at home. We are ourselves very socially established, ie. We look forward to making some good food together, drinking a glass of wine once in a while and watching other TV shows. Obviously, there must always be room for a closed door. We are students, Julie is a teacher at UCC, and Cecilie reads social science at CSS. As mentioned, the apartment is brand new and we will all move in on December 15, 2017. We are very careful that clean and tidy in all the common areas, and of course you decide on your own room. The area itself is 128 square meters and consists of 5 rooms. The rooms are rented out, the two are 8,9 square meters. The rent is DKK 4,700. (aconto water / heating) and internet. Electricity is paid every three months and shared equally between us all four. In addition, the apartment includes washing machine and tumble dryer, which can be used free of charge. In addition, there is a deposit of 4.5 month rent, which includes the first half month.
