Tenant (s) are seeking to take over two rooms, both at 11 square meters, in a 4 bedroom apartment at Havneholmen (Thit Jensen Street, Aarhus Ø). The rooms can be taken over last August 1st. Previous acquisition can be agreed. The apartment itself is on the 7th floor and has a gross area of 112 square meters with an associated 8 square meter balcony attached to the living room. The apartment is of course equipped with the luxury of having dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. As the square meters suggest, there is a large common area, as well as a spacious bathroom. This glory is available for DKK 5,446, including consumption and internet. With housing support deducted, the price will be DKK 5,229 per month. I would therefore prefer if you are entitled to housing support. A little about the rooms: One room has a built-in double cabinet, and views of the iceberg and the canal. The second room has a single closet and is equipped with a French tan. The apartment is a new building and has only been inhabited for almost 1 year. My most important requirement for you: you must be able to live out. It involves taking care of various household duties, such as praying to keep the apartment clean. In addition, it will not be bad if you are a good person who likes to enjoy a movie in the common living room, from time to time.
