Two young guys at 22 looking for a new roomie!
My roomie Lars and I are two young guys of 22, looking for a new roommate as soon as possible, as our roomie has moved out. We study both HA-Jur at Aalborg University, on the 4th semester, where the apartment is relatively close to the campus. We sometimes enjoy a beer together, and occasionally take part in the city together on weekends, and enjoy some good music. We are therefore looking for a roommate who wants to be social, but of course there is room and respect for a closed door. We are both smokers, but neither of us smokes in the apartment. We prefer any one who wants to stay here for a long time, or one missing a place to stay until the summer. The apartment is divided into two smaller rooms, a larger room, a common living room, kitchen and bathroom. The available room is one of the smaller ones, which is approximately 8-9 m2. There is a lovely large living room, as well as a door next to a closed terrace. The whole apartment is 93 m2. In the basement of the building there are laundry rooms with washing machines and dryers, as well as a small storage room, with room for little storage. The apartment is located on the greenland of Greenland, where there are good shopping opportunities. There are a Lidl, Facts, several Pizza Restaurants and Fitness World within a short reach, as well as a bus stop where the 2 and 5 stops. The rent will be $ 2450 per month after housing support, which includes aconto consumption (water, heating, electricity) and internet (100/40 Mbit / s). We do not have a TV package, as we both have access to Netflix and Viaplay. There is also a deposit of 6000 NOK. We prefer, because of housing support, that your income is not too high and therefore it would be preferable that you are also students.
