Two students are seeking roommate
We are two 20 year old students (boy and girl) who rent out a room of approx. 17m2. We read computer science and history at KU, respectively. This is a villa apartment in Vanløse, 300m from the station. The apartment is in three rooms and a living room, a large bathroom, a small kitchen and a conservatory. The room that is rented out is large and therefore there is plenty of opportunity to be private, but we hope you will participate socially and possibly dine together once in a while. PS. It was the latest floor plan we could find, but the historian is happy. And then for the practical: - 6000kr / month, which includes consumption and internet - Deposit 12000kr (two months rent) - 5m * 3.5m-corner 17m ^ 2 (Historian's math ??) - No smoking indoors - Bed + sofa included - Large bath - Fine kitchen - Large dining room and cozy conservatory - Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer included - Access to small garden - Covered bicycle - 300m to S train and metro - No pets
