Two beautiful rooms in 4 bedrooms in Ørestaden!
Two nice rooms for rent in newly built apartment in Ørestaden! The rooms are 10 and 11 square meters and the rent is 4600kr. and 5000 kr. per month. In addition to the two rooms (and my room) the apartment has a large kitchen area (with dishwasher!) Of 33 square meters and a storage room for storing, among other things, cleaning items, extra outerwear etc. In the bathroom there are both washing machine and tumble dryer. The apartment also has a balcony facing a nice courtyard where tables, benches, flower beds etc. will be fitted. The apartment is super well located with only 150 meters to the metro, 750 meters to Fields and 500 meters to Amager Fælled. I am mainly looking for students or prospective students, so we can get housing support (others are welcome too). I start myself at the University of Copenhagen until September at the bachelor's degree in either veterinary medicine or biology (as I will be admitted). With me I have my dog in 4 years. He is a relatively small (45 cm above the shoulder), funny dog, which you / you will soon be good friends with. If you're not the big dog dog, of course, he'll probably leave you alone. The apartment is taking over on 01.06.2018, however, I will only move permanently around August and you / therefore will have the apartment the most for you / yourself for the first couple of months. Please note that the apartment has not been completed yet, the address can not be found on google maps. The construction site is located on Ørestads Boulevard 46.
