Two roomies are sought for newly built roof house with private terrace, close to Amagerbro St. The apartment is 104m² and has 3 real rooms, kitchen, living room, from which there is access to sunny terrace. However, a room is being established more so that there are 4 separate rooms, which can be seen on the floor plan. The living room, kitchen, bathroom and terrace are for shared use. We want to rent the two large rooms on 12 and 13m² respectively (Circa). Both rooms are very neat and spacious. It is permitted to search both as a single person or two persons together. Who are we, what can you expect from us? We are: Rasmus is 24 summers old. Reads everyday at CBS and works in the retail store next door. Rasmus is a bit of a computer nerd, but also has a passion for strength training. Rasmus is good at giving room and always has a smile on his lip. In addition, he is a huge fan of the game Hint and Bad Jokes! Mathias in 21 years, expects and hopes to read further in one direction or another after summer. Currently I spend my time working and otherwise enjoying my friends. I would describe myself as being easy to get along with, at times fun, good to talk to and mostly ready for fun. I'm no Gordon Ramsay in a kitchen, but close to nah. Of course I am always ready for a cup of coffee or a cold beer, yet I just haven't just learned to drink wine yet so it has for you;) -It must be said that we know each other from previous work and always have could easily be together. However, this means that we are not bff and therefore you do not get into a community that can seem a bit locked in advance. Our wishes and expectations for you / you. - As a starting point, we are looking for some peer roomies, plus minus a few years. We also like to see you / i want a longer rental period, but this is not a requirement. Of course you must also have control of the economy, at least to such an extent that the rent is always paid on time. Whether you are a student, in a job or something else is not relevant to us, and therefore of no importance. Finally, it is important that you can clean up after yourself and be prepared to keep our common home nice and beautiful.
