Two 19-year-old girls are looking for a third room for 4-room in Frederikberg!
The apartment is located on Duevej 42 4th floor at Frederiksberg and has four rooms (including a large living room and three bedrooms), a kitchen, a bathroom and an entrance hall / hallway, balcony and french balcony. Total size; 94 square meters. (In addition, there is both washing machine and dishwasher.) The rent is 13000 per month, and we will therefore need to lay approx. 5000 per turn into fixed expenses monthly. In the 5000 paid; rent, water, heating, electricity, license, tv / internet and home insurance. The total deposit is 39,000 (three month rent) and we will pay 13,000 each in the deposit on 1 June 2018, when we take over the apartment. There will of course be an opportunity to come and see the apartment around April / May month a bit closer to the date of occupation. A little about us: We are called Ida and Mai and have grown up in Valby, Copenhagen. We were studying in the summer of 2017 and are busy with Sabbath years / work and physics at UNI. We are clean and good at keeping up and we do not mind swinging with food and bucket. Having said that, of course there must also be room for riding a little on their own room. We are totally down on earth but both happy and full of humor. We prefer that you have an interest in renting with us for a longer period of time (minimum one year, preferably more) and being willing to enter into a more friendly roomie relationship where there is room for a little joint cooking / household and a glass of wine once in between.
