Do you dream about nature, space for unfolding and a friendly community? We are looking for a lodge for a trinity, in our large lovely villa near Roskilde. Your employment, ethnicity and gender are subordinate as long as we can create a nice and good community. 1st floor = 4 rooms; One bedroom each + guest room etc. and bathroom / toilet. Ground floor = living room, dining room, krea / office / and ?, nice kitchen with dining area, hall with toilet. In addition to the 227 sq.m. we have approx. 100kvm basement with laundry room, drying room, workshop, utility room and whatever else we can find. The matrice is 2100 sqm. with lovely large garden, fruit trees and possibilities, courtyard and large garage. We regularly have house meetings, to turn around the practical, arrange work weekends, summer parties or anything else that optimizes our community. Rent is a total of 10,000kr (3333 for each). In addition, we pay 1467kr to a common account, covering all fixed expenses + miscellaneous that make life a little easier. Thus, 4800kr to each, per month. Deposit: 3 x 4800.
