~~ English ~~ - Danish below Johannes (24) and I (Stella, 27) are renting out half of our terraced house (129m2) to share with a new flatmate or a couple for 8910 kr per month (all incl .: rent, heat, electricity, water and internet) from January 15th, 2020 or later. In concrete terms, we are offering one of our 12 m2 bedrooms (unfurnished) + balcony (2 m2) and your own bathroom for rent, plus kitchen, dining room, living room and an office / guest room to share. The house has 3 floors: First floor: Your bathroom, wardrobe, kitchen (dishwasher), dining room, terrace Second floor: Your bedroom + balcony, living room, second balcony Third floor: Our bedroom, bathroom with washing machine and dryer, office / guest room The pictures below are ordered accordingly. About us: John is from Denmark and is doing his Masters in Environmental Risk. I am from Germany and work as a project coordinator in a political organization. We both speak English and Danish fluently and dont mind having either as the household language. We enjoy having joint dinners or watching a movie together if we can find the time. At the same time, we are both busy working and studying and are usually only home in the evenings.
