Closest room at Aarhus University.
Hello. My name is Jeppe, is 24 years old and is studying Political Science at Aarhus University. I rent a room in a 2-room apartment, 1 minute's walk to the University Park / Lake Auditorium. The room is about 14 square meters and in addition my room and a well functioning kitchen and bathroom with all that is needed. The rent is 3700.- per month. In addition there is a conto of around 250, as well as internet at just over $ 100 a month. There is the possibility of housing support, of about 1000 kr per month, which we share just over. Thus, total expenses will be around the estimated NOK 3550 per month. The room is available from Sunday d August 19th, but with flexible occupancy until September. When moving before 1 September, the rent is only expended on a daily basis. The lease is, as a rule, until 1 July 2018, but with the potential for extension of the lease. I am an outgoing boy who likes to meet new people. Within the university, I have traveled a part in my sabbatical years, and have now been fortunate enough to find an apartment right next to my study. My ideal roommate is a regular boy between the ages of 20 and 27 who can take responsibility for holding an apartment and understand what is needed for good space living. I also prefer one who is also studying - both because we are the same place in life, and because an apartment so close to university should hardly be wasted on someone who works elsewhere. I hope you will write a little text about yourself, including how old you are, what you are doing everyday, a little about interests and past experiences with either traveling or living out and expectations for good cohabitation.
