"Studio apartment" for rent
Hello home seeker The tenant we found before Christmas has to (unfortunately) go abroad to read. So therefore we are looking for a new tenant. My wife and I bought the apartment next to ours. In the long run, we will put both apartments together, but it will not be this time. The apartment contains 1 living room / bedroom, kitchen and a small shower & toilet. It is a side street to Frederiksberg Allé. The apartment is approx. of 35 m2 in total. We have lived here for 17 years, and are very happy with the area and the neighbors, so we also expect you to respect it as your own. We prefer that you are a student and you can pay your expenses on time. We are looking for a tenant from the 1st of April onwards. Until further notice, the lease will be entered into for 2 years. There will be 3 months notice from both parties.
