Student residence at the University of Southern Denmark
Hi there! I am looking for two new roommates to move in this fall as my current roommates move out. It is a 4-room apartment of 104 sqm with 3 rooms of approx. 12 sqm +/- and with a shared bathroom and kitchen in extension of living room and balcony. There is a shared dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The apartment is set against a forest and two lakes and has the University of Southern Denmark 500 meters away, as well as a Netto and Bilka. The city center is 4 km away, which takes a bike ride of 12 minutes down Rødegårdsvej. I prefer to see my roommates being students or in the age group of 20-30 years, hygienic, considerate, open minded, mature. It would be possible to move in a few days before the official move-in date. I am a BA student myself. Psychology at the 2nd year of study and working as an assistant at the Albanigade Nursing Center for Dementia and as a teacher substitute at the Owner's Lucky School. So I have filled up my everyday life, also in terms of social and leisure interests. Therefore, the apartment is the place where I can unplug and enjoy myself.
