Student residence at Eternitten
NOTE: Only for students When I move abroad for 4 months, I am in the situation to rent out my partially furnished apartment at Eternitten in Aalborg from January 3rd The apartment is on Ditlv Bergs Vej and is a 2 room of 50m2, where living room and kitchen are in the same room. The apartment is a 15 minute bike ride from the Union site, and 10 min bike ride to the city center. Eternitten has both Fitness World, as well as Føtex and other shopping opportunities. The rent is 4000 DKK / month and this involves on account water and heating as well as electricity, internet. So there is nothing else to pay. Deposit - DKK 5000 Housing allowance can be sought for the apartment, current housing allowance is around DKK 580 a month. NOTE: Free Parking No pets and tenants are allowed to smoke in the apartment. The apartment is rented from 3 January 2020 to 30 April 2020 ??
