Student accommodation at Frederiksberg is sublet
Hi there. Since I am going on study abroad abroad from 1 / 2-2020 to 31 / 7-2020, I am subletting my study accommodation in Frederiksberg during this period. The apartment is unfurnished. The accommodation is a one-bedroom studio residence, with its own kitchen and bathroom. This includes a private basement room, as well as a shared laundry and bicycle cellar. The rent is DKK 3685 a month - in addition, you have to pay separately for your own electricity and washing consumption. Requirements: Since this is a student accommodation, it is a requirement that you are a student in an SU-eligible education. I am going to need study activity documentation from you as this is a requirement from the housing company. In addition, you must be non-smoking and do not have pets as this is not allowed in the apartment. I also expect you to be clean and take good care of my apartment while I'm away. You must be financially stable and pay the rent on time every month. So there will be a small storage room available for you in the basement. There is a shared laundry room for the building. The rent is kr 3685 per month - besides this you have to pay for your own use of electricity and washing facilities. Requirements: Because it is a studio apartment, it is a requirement that you are a student in the Danish education system, and that you recieve SU. I will need documentation for this, because this is a requirement from the housing association. So you have to be a non-smoker and have no pets, because it's not allowed in the building. I expect you to be clean and take good care of my apartment. You have to be financially stable and pay the rent on time very month. A friend of mine will stop by the apartment once in a while and check up with you, and he will also be the contact person while I'm abroad.
