The concept of Strategic Performance Management can probably best translates as "corporate performance management". This is not one single management theory, but is a mixture of different tools and methods. This course is for those who want to know more about the theories and models underlying the Strategic Performance Management and would like insight into how this management model can help you in your daily work as a manager.
The focus is on the strategic role played by management and how to use various evaluations and performance metrics to evaluate your employees' performance and motivates them to develop or provide even more.
The course is very intense and acting preferably on how to integrate the "soft" values such as psychology and sociology in a hardcore business model and thus creates added value. You learn how to give rewards in ways other than financial. Often it does not take much to get employees to work harder. Job include some of that gives the most productive employees, and although it is a "soft" value so it can be clearly seen on the bottom line.
