Large room for rent close to the Opera
We are two girls of 23, who from July are going to lack a roomie. That's why we rent out our largest room. The room is furnished. The apartment is located on Magretheholmen, Copenhagen K. You have the whole city in cycling distance and the water in the backyard. We are a student and a full-time worker who basically seek a student. We are open to age and gender, only you are clean and drink beer. The apartment includes a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. In addition to the 3 rooms, the apartment consists of a kitchen family room, large bathroom and balcony. The lease is valid from 01/07/19 - 01/01/20. The rent is DKK 5,000 and covers all fixed housing costs (electricity / water / heating / internet). In addition, a deposit equivalent to one month's rent is required.
