A large room of 27 m2 (6,20m x 4,35m) is rented in a semi-detached house in a quiet side street in the center of Amagerbrogade, from which there are good public transport (10 min to Amagerbro Metro St., 15 min by bus to Copenhagen Central Station and 20 min to town hall square). The room will / may be partially furnished with, for example, bed, table, chairs, bookcase, dresser, room divider, clothes racks and lamps (some of the furniture can be removed if desired). The apartment is on 139 m2 + 6 m2 balcony and there will be shared access to a slightly older kitchen (with fridge-freezer and access to shared kitchen utensils), a dining room of approx. 17 m2, balcony, bath, toilet and washing machine. The property also contains a nice closed newly renovated sunny farm environment and shared laundry. In the other 2 other rooms I live, Trine, 52 years old and educated social educator - and my 21-year-old daughter Cia, who is currently working, but will soon be studying. We are calm, stable and welcoming people who are looking for a fun, Danish-speaking young girl (preferably) to live together for a long time. We live completely separate lives, but want a tenant who can simultaneously fall in and be part of our family-like relaxed and spacious atmosphere, as close living conditions almost require this? And then sometimes we will fit a sweet little dog, so you'll be able to endure.
