The villa apartment is centrally located in Aarhus with only 5 minutes walk to BSS and the University Park and the city center within walking distance. It consists of 4 rooms on two floors with shared kitchen, dining room and bath. Furthermore, there are both dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, freezer, microwave etc. In total the apartment is 250 km2 and it was renovated last year. The room you rent is bright, with high ceilings, plenty of space and garden views. The size of the room is about 25 square meters. The room is on the ground floor: Rent: 4,000 kr. month. Water and heat: DKK 600 Month. Deposit (3 months rent): DKK 12,000 Attention. You have to pay rent for the month of December too. You get to live with some sweet and outgoing people. Kristian is 22 years old and studies daily business economics at Aarhus BSS, where he works as a salesman in ILVA. In his spare time he trains Krav Maga also he is also always ready on board games or FIFA. Floriane is 21 years old and comes from Belgium, she is in exchange in Denmark until the summer of 2020.
