Hi Residential seeker, I am looking for a tenant for a room of 28 sqm with occupancy no later than 1.03.2019. You will share the apartment with me, I am 23 years old and read Multimedia Design at Aarhus Business Academy. I'm very social with a good mood and always a smile on my lip. My spare time goes with friends, family, work and training. The apartment we have to share is with 2 rooms, 89 sqm and there shared kitchen, bathroom, hall and basement. There is access to the patio with barbecue facilities. The rent is 4.307, - pr. month with housing support and it is inclusive of electricity, water, heating. The deposit is 12,921, -. There is a washer / dryer in the basement. I am looking for a tenant aged between 20 and 30 and I expect you to clean up after yourself and keep the apartment clean and tidy with me.
