ROOMY IS SEEKED TO 16 M2 LARGE ROOM IN AALBORG FROM JUNE 1 We, Sümeyye and Rebecca, are looking for a student to take over the last room in our lovely large 3 bedroom apartment on Vesterbro in Aalborg. The apartment is located in the middle of the city, between the center and the west and one minute's walk to the water. We share a nice kitchen with space to sit down and eat and a bathroom that is also in great condition. In addition, there is a washing machine in the basement, bicycle parking in the yard and outdoor communal courtyard terrace where the sun is right! SHORT ON OS Sümeyye is 28 years old and reads psychology, Rebecca is 22 years old and reads geography and we are both happy followers to Aalborg. We are masters of the empty-fry dishes, often talking over a cup of tea and sleeping for a long time on Saturday. The rest of the week, we are busy with study, good company, yoga, climbing, and bringing all our good ideas into practice. PRACTICAL Movement d. 01.06.18 Your room is approx. 16 m2. and the whole apartment is 96 m2. Rent per month incl. water and heat are 2,875 kr. (electricity and internet are paid per quarter). In addition, we have shared expenses for cleaning products, toilet paper, etc., which are done through the WeShare app. When you move in, you have to pay 3 months prepaid rent, a deposit corresponding to 3 months rent and rent for June + consumption, totaling 18,325 kr. We apply for housing support and usually pay around 1000 kr. But The amount depends on income per. month. OUR EXPECTATIONS FOR YOU We expect you to join our community, eat together once and want to get to know us. We do not want the apartment to be a "review apartment" but that we live together and therefore become part of each other's everyday life. You are a student (due to housing support). You have tried to live before and will be part of a common cleaning scheme, so We change to clean every week.
