Are you looking for our small cozy apartment at Ryesgade? So don't hesitate to send us a message! We rent a room in our 3-room apartment and we hope to find the right one! You will stay with Amalie and Caroline, both of whom are nursing students. We prefer that you have tried to live out before. Gender does not matter, but we prefer that you are aged 21 to 25 and that you are a student, or should start this summer. In addition, you must have a proper sense of humor, like to drink a beer and at the same time respect peace and quiet. Room: Approximately 20 sqm and rented unfurnished. The rent is 5900 all inclusive. The deposit consists of 5900, and 2 months prepaid rent, with a notice period of 3 months. The apartment is approx. 85 sqm. and consists of 3 rooms, a distribution hall, a kitchen and bathroom with shower (plus washing machine and dryer !!).
