Large room in the heart of the Eygaden
I am looking for someone who will share my new apartment with me. The apartment is located in the heart of Aarhus, probably the most charming neighborhood, Øgaderne, more specifically in Hjarnøgade 5. There is a 5 minute walk to the university and the center with the river, shops and restaurants. Furthermore, forest and sea can be easily reached by walking or bicycle. The entire apartment is 88 m2 and consists of two rooms, a tea-kitchen / hallway, a large bathroom and a very large balcony. You will rent the one room, which is 17 m2 of actual use area (so it is very large). There is a reasonably large built-in clothes closet in the room and you will have your own door with direct access to the balcony. There is also a smaller storage room in the basement that we can share. Laundry / dry cleaning facilities are available in the basement of the building, which can be used for a fee. The property also has a very large and idyllic courtyard with trees and flowers, which is very quiet and undisturbed with seating and campfire. There is also covered bicycle parking. The monthly rent will be DKK 4300 including acconto water, electricity and heating (there is internet, but we can agree on that). Housing allowance can be applied for and you can expect to pay approximately 3900 a month for housing assistance. In addition there is a deposit of DKK 12900 corresponding to 3 months rent and one month prepaid rent, ie 17200 in total. Deposit you can expect to get back if you treat the room and apartment nicely. As long as you are a student / future student, everyone regardless of age, gender and nationality is welcome to apply. I am looking for someone who wants to create a fun and nice community. I hope we can drink a cup of coffee / beer together at times and maybe cook and game nights. Of course, a closed door must also be respected. Since I have just moved into the apartment, you will have ample opportunity to put your mark on the site and help to decorate the apartment's common room. A little about me: I am 25 years old and just finished my bachelor's degree, which I studied at the University of Copenhagen. This fall, I will start my Master's program at Aarhus University. I have lived in the Middle East for a long time in my education and I therefore speak Arabic. I am very active, enjoy nature experiences and right now spend a lot of my time fishing with my friends.
