Hello home seekers! I'm looking for a tenant for a room of approx. 15 m2 with relocation as soon as possible. The apartment is the charm of the high ceilings, located centrally in Aarhus. The apartment will you share with me. I am 21 years old, have lived outside since I was 18 years old. I am a newly educated assistant and is therefore looking for a job. Is a very social girl with a good mood and a smile on her lip. My free time goes with family, friends and training. The apartment we have to share is with 2 rooms totaling 57 m2 with shared kitchen, bathroom and entrance hall. There is also access to the courtyard. The rent is DKK 4500 per person. month and it includes electricity, water, heating and internet. In addition, there is a washing machine in the basement, which costs 10 kr. wash. I am looking for a tenant aged 20-30 years old, you should have experience living out and finding out a vacuum cleaner and having a general sense of order.
