Large room in Aarhus C
Hello home seekers! I'm looking for a tenant for a room of approx. 15 m2 with relocation as soon as possible or no later than 1/4. The apartment is nice and modernized, located centrally in Aarhus close to Aros, Godsbanen and Musikhuset. The apartment will you share with me. I am 22 years old, coming from Esbjerg, but moved to Aarhus 2.5 years ago to study finance bachelors. My free time goes by work, training and being seen with friends and family. I also have a car, so you're up and missing something in IKEA or something else, I'd like a lift ;-) The apartment we have to share is with two rooms of a total of 61 sqm. and shared kitchen, bath with separate shower and entrance hall. There is also access to the courtyard and storage room in the basement. The rent is DKK 4,000 per person. month and thereafter DKK 500 per month for other consumption, including the following: - Water and heat - Electricity - Internet - Deposit insurance with travel insurance world - Free laundry in laundry basin I am looking for a tenant aged 20-30 years old, you should have lived outside requirements) and you should be able to figure out a vacuum cleaner and have a common sense of order. I wish my future tenant is social, outgoing and open but also has respect for a closed door. I prefer that you are a student, non-smoker and not a party every weekend.
