I will be presenting my room in Aalborg City Center from January 2019 and a year to study abroad during this period. The kitchen has a stove, cooker hood and fridge / freezer. The living room is spacious, with ample room to invite the group home and cozy in the sofas. In addition, there is a large dining area for several people, TV and music system. The bathroom is under floor heating and shower and there is laundry in the basement and bicycle shed. The rent is 4000kr incl. water and heat. You receive a housing subsidy of 500kr. A deposit of 3 months rent is required, which you can expect to receive again if the room is in the same condition.
