Are you moving to Aalborg or are you just missing a new place to live? My homage, Sofie, flies from the nest, and she is going on on the adventure of life now. Although it is sad in itself, it makes room for Alexander and I to get a new residence for our excellent 4-room apartment in the heart of Aalborg. A little about us My name is Lasse, I am 22 years old, and I am studying the 3rd semester of sports at Aalborg University. I spend time studying and training. In addition, I have a little hobby in cooking - you become a test rabbit! I play music so your ears should not be too delicate for guitar games and a hot spear of a creamy fire;) Alexander is also 22 years old and is studying the 3rd semester Politics and Administration at Aalborg University. He goes well into study and cross fit. A lovely boy! We sometimes enjoy cooking and a glass of wine or a beer. A little about you. - You are (soon) a student and you are in charge of an efficient but cozy study environment in the apartment. - It is preferable that you are female. - You are non-smoking. - You are socially crazy about cooking a couple of times a week and you want to clean up and wash the dishes with us the same evening after cooking. - You know how toiletrens works and the vacuum cleaner must not stand and collect dust - we are not cleaning fanatic, but we really appreciate a clean home! - In addition, you have a YES hat and you want to solve things together. - The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a property on Steen Blichers Street. - The apartment is given up to 116 m2. - The room rented on the enclosed floor plan is 17 m2. - Rented from January 15, 2018. Occupancy can take place from Saturday 13 January. - The apartment has a common living room as well as a large kitchen / living room with dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer - MEGA LEFT! - The rent is 3400, - incl electricity, water, heating, internet and home insurance.
