Large room, well located in Roskilde
Hi! I have just moved into this beautiful 3-room condominium in Dommervænget, and am therefore looking for a roommate who will live in the large room seen in the pictures, but a bit of a mess along the walls. When you move in, of course, the room will be cleared! However, the large black cupboard will remain in the room that you can use for storage while you live here! The closet will also be empty of my stuff when you move in! The lease will include free use of the kitchen with dishwasher, free washing in the laundry room, as well as free access to the entrance hall and bathroom. The apartment is partially friendly with the rooms located on each side of the entrance hall to which you enter the kitchen and bathroom. Both kitchen and bathroom are newly renovated and the entire apartment is newly painted, including your room, so there is ready for quick occupancy! * The apartment is a short walk of 200 meters from Roskilde Badene which is completely renovated! * 15 minutes walk to Roskilde Station. * 600 meters / 6-7 minutes walk to Ro's Torv * 3 km to Roskilde Univercity College * 3 minutes walk to Netto / Aldi My name is Marco, I am 24 years old and I am a Roskilde boy with all my heart! I have just moved home to Roskilde after three years in Aarhus where I studied at the University. I love being social, and therefore hope you could also be fresh to eat together once in a while, or share a bottle of wine! I go out of my way to keep the apartment neat and clean, so it's a place you want to be and live!
