Hello you who are looking for housing / room I have been lucky to get a housing of 104 sqm, with 2 gardens (front and back garden), 2 large rooms, a large living room, a regular bathroom and a common kitchen (which to be refurbished in the future). I rent out the large room of 22 sqm and even take the smaller room of 14 sqm where the rest of the apartment becomes common space. Your 22 sqm room. Is large and bright, with large window and own exit to the backyard, which can also be accessed from the living room. It is both wide and long and there is room for a lot of furniture in there. There is a small storage room for the apartment, which we can store small / large things in. I am a very clean person who loves that the apartment is nice and nice every day, so if you mess it up in your own room . I work really hard and therefore see the apartment as my place of relaxation when the work day is over. Of course, this does not mean that parties / gatherings may not be held occasionally, as long as you are just planning or arranging in advance. I love to cook and that is also why I write that the kitchen must be renovated in the future because I have to build my dream kitchen. You get to live with 2 cats, who mostly care for themselves, since they really only like me, but if they first get to know others, then you can enjoy their company all day long as they are very demanding if you become good friends. They neither bite nor tear (only for love ??) No, you can hear more about it if you are interested. The apartment will consist of my furniture in the common areas and the hardware is also my own, so it all has to be treated nicely. I want you / you not to smoke, and if you do, it goes outside and never out the window. You have to be anti-social, social, party person, down to earth and everything else, as long as you can abide by agreements and rules, then I am open to all types of people ?? NOTE! There are going to be very strict rules around windows and doors as my cats are inside cats and should not slip out and disappear just because you forgot to close the window !!!
