Large and bright room in Aalborg C
Hi! My name is Marie and I rent my beautiful and large room for an unlimited time when I'm going to exchange in Vienna after summer. The apartment is located in the center of Aalborg and very close to both the pedestrian zone and the water. In the apartment there are two other students, Lasse and Kristian. They both read to the teacher and are some incredibly comfortable people. Kristian also moves around May. There is also a nice large kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with both washing machine and dryer. From the kitchen there is access to a balcony that is shared with another apartment. Here it is really nice to sit in the summer and it is a perfect place to dry clothes. In addition to the rent, there will be a cost of electricity every quarter and may vary slightly (depending on the amount of electricity used), but it is about 300 kr. Per man and the internet per quarter of 230 kr. The rent is written at the top of the advertisement is without housing support, but it is included, the rent will be approximately DKK 3700 per month. The room is 30 sq.m. and is rented unfurnished. There is high ceilings that are decorated with the finest piece. In the corner of the room there is the finest fireplace.
