Large and nice room in new apartment on Teglholmen
As my sweet roomie moves out, I am now looking for a new m / k to take over her room as soon as possible. So if you are financially stable, outgoing and ready for spas and lions, you're just the person I'm looking for. In the apartment we live two students Asbjørn in 27 years and Mathilde in 22 years. We are two very uncomplicated and accommodating people who just go into consideration and flexibility. The rent is NOK 5780 including water, heating and internet, plus a deposit and 1 month's prepaid rent of NOK 18,333. The apartment contains three bedrooms, a large kitchen family room with living room in extension, bathroom and two balconies. On the large balcony there is a view of the cozy canals. There are all appliances (washing machine, dishwasher and dryer). The whole apartment is furnished (except the room I rent out). It is not possible to receive housing benefit.
