My condo is 60 sqm. It has been completely renovated in December 2018 with a brand new kitchen and new bathroom. The room for rent is 15 sqm and it is bright and west facing. There will be shared access to bathroom and kitchen and access to laundry in the basement. The room is rented unfurnished. The apartment is located at Folehaven in Valby - 10 minutes from Toftegårdsplads. Bus 1A and 10 drive outside the apartment. Nearest shopping is Netto (40 m away) and Menu (200 m away). There is the opportunity to descend on green areas with tables and benches which will be perfect for summer. The monthly rent is DKK 4,700, which includes water, heating, WiFi & YouSee TV channels. When moving in, it is expected that a deposit of 1 month's rent will be paid and in addition 3 months' prepaid rent. The rental period will be 7 months, but with the possibility of extension up to approx. one year. Occupation: Fastest possible. A little about me: My name is Jonas and I am 21 years old and until September I am a trained timber. I am very social and hope that my upcoming roomie will be the same. I expect that when we move in together we make fixed agreements about cleaning etc. I am looking for a roommate with a stable economy aged approx. 20-25 years.
