Large, bright room in the middle of Aarhus. From 1/7
The apartment: is 89 m2. Your room is around 20 m2. The shared spaces are a big room with both a kitchen, a comfy area and a table to eat dinners, talk or do projects at. Then there is a bathroom with a washer and dryer and a balcony to soak up the morning sun while reading a book. All in all it is a nice little place to live. We hope we can have an apartment where we are friends rather than tenants, and we can cook and hang out. The roommates: are Drew and Mette Marie. We are a couple and moved to Aarhus in February because Mette Marie is attending The Danish school of Media and Journalism. Drew is from Chicago, Mette Marie is Danish. We like to cook vegetarian meals and listen to groovy tunes, read books, write and do all kinds of homey projects like painting, knitting, guitar playing, yoga, and kombucha brewing. We try to live healthy and be mindful of the resources we consume (being vegetarian, dumpster-diving, not buying new shit all the time, recycling). Though we are not dogmatic - We like a crunchy pizza and a cold, crispy beer. We are pretty casual! When we are not fermenting stuff in Aarhus, we like to be outside Sailing, hiking, camping and exploring. We are with each other sailing tall ships and have been traveling together, living in the States, Chile and Copenhagen. We would like to do a lot of fun, creative projects, and hope to live with someone with some spunk and some hobbies You: We hope the place can be an open-minded place to live. It doesn't matter if you want to live here for a long time or a short time, age, nationality and gender is not relevant. Wed like the common areas clean, so everyone feels good. Boring stuff: Rent is 4500 + 270 kroner for heat (account) +73 kroner for internet + 50 kroner in license + Monthly electrical bill (Your part between 100-150 kr a month) - We expect you to pay the first months rent and two months rent in deposit before you move in. Move in between the 1/6 or 1/7. Write us a little bit about you and we can talk or meet up. Don't hesitate to reach out. (You can apply in Danish too, no sweat) Hopefully your future roommates, Drew & Mette Marie
