Dear Home Seekers! I am looking for 1 female roomie The apartment is located in a beautiful villa area in Åbyhøj - only 10 min by bike to the city center. Moving in as soon as possible (agreed more) A little about the apartment: The apartment is an extension of a larger house. Where a married couple lives, they are super cute! Our department is separate from the landlord and we have our own entrance. The apartment is 58 square meters and generally appears bright and spacious. It consists of 2 large bright rooms with access to the garden and terrace where there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy a cold beer or drink in full sun! In addition, there is a communal kitchen (with dishwasher & room for a dining table), a bathroom, a fine hallway and laundry room with both washer and dryer. NOTE: since the apartment is part of a larger house and those living at the other end of the house have both dog and two cats - it is required that you can withstand both cats and dogs. Since you will come to visit these two adorable cats every now and then, so you love to cuddle with a cat every now and then, this place is perfect for you.
