Hi, all the house seekers: D NOTE: I'm really looking for 2 new roomies, so I actually rent 2 rooms, contact me to know more about the other room (room 1 on the indicative floor plan: 3600, - electricity and housing support). Water, heating, standard housing insurance, internet 100/20) excl. electricity (about 150 per person) and housing support that we will apply for (about 336, - per person). Deposit amounts to DKK 21,125. (3x rent deposit and 2x prepaid rent and rent for half of November + December). It is a bright room with high ceilings.
