Large, cozy room in Frederiksbjerg
Large room at Frederiksbjerg is rented! When I'm going to exchange my roomie Anne and I look for one that can take over my part of the apartment. The room is 20 sqm. and is located on Frederiksbjerg in Aarhus C. The rental period will be from either February 15 or March 1, 2018 (we are flexible) until about August 1, 2018 (here we are also flexible). What do you get: The apartment is 75 sqm and contains anne's room, a large hallway / hallway, bathroom and kitchen, and of course your room of 20 sqm with attached balcony. The apartment has a dishwasher and washing / drying facilities in the basement. In addition, it is located in a beautiful spot in the middle of Strandvejen, with Marselisborg harbor and Tangkrogen on one side and a 7 minute walk to Bruuns Galleri / Banegården, etc. on the other hand. There is also a large, beautiful garden in the building. The room will most likely be partially furnished (a large closet + bed), but it depends on you and is therefore something we can easily agree more closely internally. In addition, the kitchen contains everything you could dream of equipment that is also there for the period you live here. Last but not least, you get the world's best roomie. Anne is 23, reads Informatics at AU and becomes a Bachelor of Summer. She always looks after the cleanliness of the apartment and is both aware of the movie night or a good ol 'red wine burner (if so something should be of interest). And then she's the apartment's spider-remover (important). The whole glory costs 4175 kr. month (after housing support) and it is good to notice incl. everything (rent, water, heating, electricity, tv package, internet). In addition, one month's prepaid rent + a deposit of 6000 kr. What we seek: We are looking for an elderly female student who wants to take care of the apartment and her there the sweet roomie for half a year. Then throw one of us a message if it could be you!
