Large central room
Hi, all the house seekers! We are two boys looking for a new resident for our 4-room apartment at Vesterbro 72, 2nd floor in Odense C, in a large apartment of approx. 125 sqm. It is about a room of approx. 16 sqm in a nice and bright room. With the apartment there is also a large living room with sofas, TV and kitchen (without dishwasher). The rent is 3600 kr. (Will be 3200 with housing support), which includes all expenses, ie. Water / heating / electricity, and internet. The deposit is 8000 kr. We would like a roomie that is welcoming and studying for a higher education. We think it would be an advantage if our upcoming rum was down to earth and relaxed, like to have a nice drink or drink a beer over and over again. However, we also believe that there must be room for a closed door. We furthermore conclude that the apartment is nice and clean, so we hope to join you too.
